Delivery and Charges

All UK destinations incur a standard packing and delivery charge of £2.25 for the first item, and £1.00 per additional item up to a maximum postage charge of £10.00.

International orders incur a standard packing and delivery charge of is £3.50 on the first item and £2.00 for each subsequent without limit of postage.

Cancellations and Returns

Our customers have the right to cancel orders at any time before the order is despatched, or return items for refund (of the purchase price only)within 7 working days of the day after the date the item was delivered. Returned orders must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

Customers who receive faulty items or items which have been mis-delivered may either opt for a replacement or a full refund - including outward and return delivery charges.

Please note where goods of merchantable quality are correctly delivered, refunds of outward or return postage fees will not be issued.

To cancel an order with us, please call +44 (0)1977800391or email enquiries@selfhelpbooksuk.co.uk as soon as possible after the order is placed. If your cancellation instruction is received prior to despatch, then your credit / debit card will not be charged.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been despatched you will need to return the goods to us once received, unopened and in re-saleable condition in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packaging).

Please note that you will be responsible for both the costs of returning the goods to us and the outward delivery charges, unless we delivered the item to you in error or it is faulty.
